A new season brings new opportunities, fresh energy, and plenty of new faces to FA Euro New York.
The club is proud to announce its coaching alignments for the 2026/27 season, bringing together a diverse staff with extensive experience across the playing, coaching, and player development sides of the game.
This season’s coaching group includes both returning members of the FA Euro family and new additions who share the club’s commitment to helping every player grow. From the youngest academy teams to the MLS NEXT pathway, each coach will play an important role in creating a positive, challenging, and competitive environment.
A Staff Built Around Player Development
At FA Euro, coaching is about more than preparing a team for its next match. It is about helping young players develop the technical ability, tactical understanding, discipline, confidence, and character required to succeed both on and off the field.
The 2026/27 staff reflects that philosophy. Our coaches bring a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, but they are united by a shared responsibility to place player development at the center of their work.
Adam Marcu shared the club’s excitement about the upcoming season:
“We are excited to share our coaching staff for the 2026/27 season. We have a diverse group with vast coaching and playing experience who are committed entirely to the development of our players, as people and as athletes. From the goalkeeping department, to the MLS NEXT staff, to our development and academy staff, and our new Staten Island location staff, we are setting a new high water mark for player development in Brooklyn and beyond.” - Adam Marcu, FA Euro New York Director of Coaching

Strength Across Every Department
The new alignments strengthen every area of the FA Euro player pathway. Our MLS NEXT staff will continue preparing players for the demands of the highest levels of youth soccer. The focus will remain on developing intelligent, technically strong, and competitive players who understand how to perform within a team.
Our Pre-MLS NEXT, development, and academy coaches will provide the foundation for that pathway. These age groups are essential to building strong habits, introducing players to the FA Euro methodology, and creating an environment where young athletes can learn with confidence.
The club’s goalkeeping department will also continue to offer specialized training and support. Goalkeepers have unique technical, tactical, physical, and mental demands, and our staff will work to ensure they receive the focused development their position requires.
Growing in Brooklyn and Beyond
The 2026/27 season also represents another important step in the club’s continued growth.
With the addition of new staff and the expansion of programming at our Staten Island location, more players and families will have access to the FA Euro development environment. This growth allows the club to extend its standards, methodology, and player-first approach to a broader soccer community.
While the club continues to expand, its purpose remains the same: to provide ambitious young players with high-level coaching, meaningful competition, and a clear pathway for long-term development.
One Club, One Standard
Every team has different objectives based on its age and stage of development, but every FA Euro coach will work toward the same club-wide standard.
Players will be challenged to improve their technical quality, decision-making, tactical awareness, physical preparation, and understanding of the game. Just as importantly, they will be encouraged to demonstrate accountability, resilience, respect, and a willingness to learn.
The success of the season will not be measured only by results. It will also be measured by the progress players make, the habits they build, and the confidence they develop throughout the year.
Looking Ahead to 2026/27
FA Euro New York is excited to begin this next chapter with a coaching staff that reflects the ambition and direction of the club. To all of our returning coaches, thank you for your continued dedication to our players and families. To the new members of our staff, welcome to the FA Euro family. We look forward to seeing the impact this group will make throughout Brooklyn, Staten Island, and beyond during the 2026/27 season.
