Adam Marcu Appointed as Club Director of Coaching

FA Euro New York is proud to announce the appointment of Adam Marcu as the Club’s new Director of Coaching, reinforcing its commitment to coaching excellence and the long-term development of players across every level of the organization.

A member of the FA Euro family since the club’s inception, Adam has played an integral role in helping build the culture, identity, and standards that define the club today. His leadership, dedication, and passion for player development have made him a respected figure throughout the organization, and his appointment marks another exciting milestone in FA Euro’s continued growth.

As Director of Coaching, Adam will oversee the development and mentorship of the club’s coaching staff while ensuring a consistent playing philosophy and high-performance environment across all programs. Working closely with coaches at every age group, he will continue to strengthen FA Euro’s player development pathway and uphold the club’s commitment to providing a professional, challenging, and supportive environment for every player.

“Adam has been part of FA Euro since the very beginning,” said Joe Balsamo, President of FA Euro New York. “He has helped shape the culture and identity of our club from its inception, and there is no one more deserving of this role. FA Euro CEO Marco Balsamo reflected on a friendship that spans decades and the significance of Adam’s appointment.

“Adam and I have been teammates since we were 11 years old, so I’ve had the privilege of watching his passion for football, leadership, and character develop over decades,” said Marco Balsamo. “He’s someone who leads by example and genuinely cares about helping others improve.
