Despite getting cancelled two consecutive times due to snow, Mother Nature would not succeed a third time as the PDL tryouts were held earlier today. However some snow did make an appearance near the very end.
Overall, it was a successful tryout with several players impressing the coaching staff.
"Tryouts are always interesting because you never know what to expect. However, with every passing year, the competition always manages to improve." said Executive Director Marco Balsamo. "It was a really good showing from the lads and our coaching staff was satisfied with the overall talent pool."
While no player announcements will be made, the club can confirm that there will be a second tryout in February. It is encouraged that all players attend before official signings will be made.
