Following the announcement of Kyle Parish as the first USL League Two signing for the 2019 season, the club is proud to announce that home grown youth product Nermin Buljubasic has received a call up for the first team. Nermin recently featured as team captain for the 2000 team's run in this year's edition of the Viareggio Cup taken place in Italy last March. The Viareggio Cup marked Nermin's return back to the field after suffering a lengthy knee injury that kept him out of action for over a year. The center midfielder has been working hard ever since and made his triumphant return serving as the heart of team's midfield. This year will mark his debut playing for the club's First Team.Â
"This year's team will feature several 2000 born players as we look to have a squad mixed with experienced players and upcoming talent. One of the club's overall goals is to put as many FA Euro players from our youth sector into the USL. I'm excited to say that this year, we will see a record number of signings of youth sector graduates." - Team Manager Gali Maimon
Forza Nermin!
