This non-refundable deposit secures a player’s spot on the trip. It is only refundable if the trip is canceled.

🔹 Second Payment ($500 – Due March 10)

Covers airfare, hotel accommodations, and tournament registration fees.

🔹 Final Payment ($500 – Due April 10)

Finalizes the remaining trip costs, including van transportation, breakfast, and dinner.
